主要从事环境科学的科研与教学工作。科研方面主要进行环境监测和环境化学方面的研究。重点研究新型有机污染物在环境中的分布、迁移、转化和归趋，并关注污染物及其降解产物对人体健康的影响以及对生物个体或生态系统的影响。
